Quiet Spot with Ocean View

Nice quiet neighbourhood. Whale spotting from the balcony. Short walk to Narooma Beach, cafe and gold course. Short drive into town or to the shopping centre. Not modern, but well kept and great lounge space for 2 primary school kids to play.
