There is an ease to The Cottage North Narooma - a light-filled, considered retreat set across six acres on the edge of town. Private and calm, yet just a short drive to Narooma’s town centre, beaches and the Mill Bay Boardwalk.
Defined by generous double-height volumes and crisp white timber detailing, the interiors feel calm, coastal and unforced. The living spaces invite slow mornings and unhurried evenings, shaped by light rather than time. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms offer individual air-conditioning, quality linens and elevated leafy outlooks - a peaceful place to rest and reset.
Outdoors, the landscape becomes part of the stay. Birdlife moves through the trees, native wildlife passes quietly across the grounds, and long afternoons unfold naturally on the deck or across the lawns.
As evening settles in, share a picnic on the lawn, linger by the fire with a simple meal made from local produce, or wander into town to enjoy Narooma’s relaxed hospitality.

Fast Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available and generally reliable, however performance may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control.
A complimentary supply of firewood is provided for your stay. Additional firewood can be purchased locally from service stations in town if required.
Parking
Parking is available for up to 2 cars, side by side, directly outside The Cottage. Please avoid parking on the grass. If additional parking is required, please enquire with Whale prior to arrival.
Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.

Beautiful quiet Getaway

The Cottage has been meticulously furnished with sophisticated furnishings and stunning views out of every window. It has the lot and we would love to stay there again. Perhaps in winter to enjoy the wood fire. It’s a place for all seasons. We thought it was exceptional.

Gemstone!!
Wayne02934 - 23rd July 2019Just like a gemstone, the house was concealed by the lush grove at the hillside. Its not that easy to find, but its shiny white cladding and bright red front door really surprised us when we were driving through the grove. Its very well renovated and furnished with well chosen furniture. Especially the white-wash timber furniture matches the overall white paint timber structure. The host was quite nice as well. We had a short conversation and he taught us how to use the fireplace. If you visit here in winter, you should chuck some wood pieces in and enjoy the intimate atmosphere it brings to you. I will definitely recommend you to visit this place and stay a couple of days, enjoying the time with your family there.

RachelJ1 - 20th April 2019A sharp knife, salt and scourers (we left some) would be useful. Road noise can be a little annoying at times but homelike feel of the cottage more than makes up for it. Gorgeous garden! Kind, understanding staff at Whale Coast Realty made our trip a dream... thank you all involved!
