Disappointing
Cherie S - 8th November 2025No hot water on first night, outdoor table with three legs, crockery doesn’t match, all furnishings old and outdated and dirty looking, have to make your own bed, really, put your own rubbish out, common areas dirty, bed hard as rocks, glass doors filthy, very overpriced and disappointing. Over $300 a night. Not happy.

Murray B - 25th March 2024The best part of this unit is it's great view of the inlet. Unfortunately the unit has been neglected and is in need of an update. The front door lock is a major security concern, the timber surrounding the single lock has been shattered and the door doesn't close closely into the door frame. The garage door doesn't have a lock. The blinds, kitchen and bathroom all need renovating which would make the stay more enjoyable. The unit was clean though and the plumbing worked well. Great location.

Melanie R - 2nd March 2024The most amazing view of the lake entrance. Situated up on a hill, it allows for views beyond the lake to the ocean and Beach. The balcony allows for sipping cocktails at Sundown. The apartment provided all the necessary equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Close to shops. The place was clean, however the blinds were broken and did not provide privacy from neighbours. The only down side to the apartment is the restaurant located directly behind, which can be noisy until late.
Good Location, place needs some work.
Luke C - 31st January 2024We’ve been coming to Narooma for years now, you certainly can’t complain about the area. Where we stayed was close to the park and a short walk to anything for the kids. I am however confident that there has been minimal upkeep done since the place was built. None of the roller doors lock which is nice to know if you have valuables to put away. The electrical system also needs fixing in the room as it is potentially unsafe especially with kids around. Some upkeep is well and truely needed.

Megan G - 15th July 2023We could sit on the balcony and watch stingrays swimming, as well as walk to golf course, cafes and seal rocks. The furnishings are a bit dated but the apartment is still comfortable and clean.

Lance - 10th February 2019Great views location, facilities fine, cleaning was fine but period maintenence issues need to be attended to chair broken door didn't close properly front door frame dirty dusty, batts flat in tv and dvd remote, spare garbage bag would help
Magnificent view
Tanya - 26th January 2019Stayed for a week. Absolutely loved watching seals and sting rays from balcony. Even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets visit everyday. Very comfy unit.
