The property is in a great location with adequate space for the family and visitors. Good parking. Great access to all local beaches and facilities. Issues that need to be addressed with the property; Poor drainage in downstairs bathroom, with water not draining in the shower. Upstairs unsuite in main bedroom, similar issues with shower not draining well, unblocked as well as we could but still slow to drain. Basin in main bathroom likewise poor to drain. Casement sliding door to bathroom

Fabulous location, I could enjoy sunrise at home. And easy access to the bar beach board walk. Can't believe the seal and sting ray just popup by you side. By the sea food under naroomba bridge is really delicious. Figure cross I will be back soon.

Kianga

The house was nice with good views but for the amount of money we paid I did not expect to have to strip all the beds upon checking out. Thats the first time ever having to do that. Booked for 8 adults and 1 child, only got 8 towels? The showers all spill water into the rest of the bathroom, had to put our beach towels down to stop it running out.

Lovely Spot, but Some Tweaks Needed for the Perfect Family Getaway

Pros: • Fantastic location • Spacious rooms • Lovely town to explore Cons: • Indoor dining seats only six • Insufficient cutlery and utensils to cook Xmas dinner for 8 (need more metal baking trays) • No working TV aerial (couldn’t watch Boxing Day Test & TVs in rooms unusable) • Wi-Fi unusable (consider Starlink) • No secure surfboard storage • Downstairs bathroom drainage issues Overall good with potential. Found unexpectedly inconvenient at times. Would be improved if thought out.

A beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean. Very quite neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone. A bathroom for each bedroom was great. Tiles in the main living area and the bathrooms were very slippery if they had any water on them
