What a beauty!
What more could you want in a holiday home - fresh and bright three bedroom two bathroom beach house located in Kianga. A fourth bedroom downstairs with toilet is a "hideaway" for a teenager, or perhaps parents that want some separation from the mob! Access from the backyard straight to the beach! Bring the surfboards, boat and even the dog!
- Pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard. Pets strictly outside only.
- Air conditioning in the living area.
- Enjoy a BBQ on the new deck overlooking the ocean. Large Eski on the deck.
- Laundry located in the garage. Extra freezer also in the garage.
- Large tv, board games and DVD's to entertaining when not at the beach.
- A Single bed is stored in the garage for use if necessary.
- Wi-Fi provided.
- Mountain Bike Friendly
Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.
Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.
Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.
Additional terms - Pet Friendly
Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

The view from the balcony is lovely and we were lucky to see whales right out front as the beach is directly across the road! The house was very clean on arrival and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

What was lacking ,as you are asked to keep the place clean, is a vacuum that works , mop and bucket. Bedroom downstairs needed floor cleaned. Found missing solar light over fence.Screen was ripped. Enjoyed our stay, dog friendly home Thank you.

It's such a shame the view is going to be lost with the buildings in front. The secure back yard was great for my dog, I felt confident she couldn't escape.Its a shame that dogs are not allowed inside now, ( an exception was made for us due to booking 18 mths ago), it would put a lot of dog owners off,unfortunately. The walking path across the road was fantastic, as were the beache
Wonderful place for a family stay with pets.

Easy access out the back gate to the dog friendly beach across the road, or many other beaches and attractions along kilometres of shared paths north and south. The main living area is very appealing and the 4th bedroom downstairs with toilet is a "hideaway" for a teenager, or perhaps parents that want some separation from the mob! More utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery than you'll ever need.

Nathan - 9th March 2020Fantastic house and fantastic location. We are already thinking about our next holiday here. Great outdoor space for our 4 year old daughter and kelpie to play. While there was no bath in the bathroom, the shower was modern and able to be used to clean the kids including a 9 month old baby. Access to dog friendly beach was amazing and the caf was right at the back fence gate. Thanks for making a great holiday!

Karen - 25th February 2020The location was great but the accommodation was somewhat lacking. Went to make a cup of tea (my own tea bag) and there was not even as small container of sugar. Tv in the bedroom was absurdly position and all the beds were as hard as bricks. I had to pay a $200 cleaning fee. Most disappointing given that there was a dead cockroach in one of the dresser drawers. I could not recommend this accommodation at all
