Attention- This unit is attached to a house (that may also be rented to other guests) Unit has own entrance and balcony at the rear of the property. There is also a shared laundry.

Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.

Noisy upstairs
Tanya c - 31st December 2025Nice view, very comfortable bed. The only thing I have to complain is people staying above me. The first week the noise upstair’s was so loud that I was seriously considering leaving early. Sorry to say but I won’t be booking again. It really spoilt my first time in Narooma. Not sure if upstairs was aware that someone was below.
Old, dated, unsafe dirty appliances

Furniture, bedding, etc very old and dated, pillows filthy, oven mitt filthy, pedestal fan totally disgustingly filthy. Dirty water in toilet brush holder, ancient iron with unsafe frayed cords. Even front door Matt was torn and old as the hills. Totally dissatisfied and awaiting a response from my previous review.

Alexandra P - 31st January 2024What a superb spot ! High up looking over ocean views and Narooma in the distance from a covered balcony, wine in hand and feeding the magpies. So relaxing that we did not want to return home and seriously thinking of booking again, same time next year. Terrific value for money. One negative - foot noises of tenant above.

Carolyn M - 30th December 2023Nice apartment for a couple. Lovely to sit on the deck and enjoy the view. Good location. As others have said the noise upstairs can be annoying. We enjoyed the welcome hamper from the owners. There was a Nespresso coffee machine not shown in the photos or listed.

Stevie - 9th June 2020I hired out 7 Viewhill rd from the 7th to the 9th of June, we only ended up staying the one night due to the bed being extremely unsleepable and there being poor heating options. I’m highly disappointed. I understand you get what you pay for but I didn’t expect to be possibly paying for it long after the fact.
