Maintenance needed!
Terri - 2nd February 2020Apartment had a great layout and location but was let down by total lack of maintenance and poor cleanliness. Threadbare carpet, peeling paint, worn/unclean furniture/furnishings, numerous appliances that didn't function as they should have and major cracks in all walls definitely detracted from the ambience as did the rather unpleasant smell. No doubt all could be remedied with a significant update to the property which would restore this rental to being a great find. I have provided feedback in the post rental forms and hope that this will be taken onboard.
