Additional terms - Pet Friendly

Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)

House is in a good location and overall was a good place to stay . However some appliances could do with upgrades and some maintenance.

The house has a fantastic deck with great views, great location with fabulous walking tracks close by . Unfortunately the mattress in main room needs replacing as is extremely hard and the linen we paid additional money for was dirty and wasn’t able to be used.

Clean but basic

The little house while clean and well located was only room enough for 4 despite having bed capacity for 6. One large bathroom was only just enough and not a big enough lounge. Appreciated access to washer and dryer in house. However the house is over priced, there is no wifi, the tv is very limited with poor reception and there are no small touches like extra bin liners, tea or coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc- bring everything with you and hire linen.
