Gas BBQ and covered deck in a fully fenced backyard. Living room with Bluray DvD player and reverse cycle air conditioning plus electric heating. 1 Bathroom with bath and shower. Distant views of Glasshouse Rocks. Fantastic kids play room with heaps of toys and games. Great location within easy walking distance of main surf beach and shops. Extra parking at rear.
There is no driveway, but that on street parking is available, or alternatively, parking in the back yard via the laneway
Complimentary items are supplied to get our guests through the first 2 nights - toilet paper, soap, cleaning essentials and kitchen essentials.
Linen is provided for your convenience - however beds will not be made.
Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.
Additional terms - Pet Friendly
Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

Lovely dog-friendly house in perfect location
Fiona D - 5th April 2024We've stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, and has a great secure garden for the dog. Great that linen is included with the hire. Location is perfect with town and beach both a short walk away.

Helen N - 2nd March 2024We loved our stay at 15 Clarke Street Narooma. The cottage has everything you would need for a holiday. Walkable to beach and shops. Plus lovely outdoor area and secure yard for our dog.

The location is exceptional with just a short walk to the beach, or to the restaurants, or to the shops. But best of all it is was great for our dog, as pet-friendly holiday accommodation is in short supply in Narooma.
