What a fantastic location with stunning views onto Carter’s beach and Montague Island, a great northern aspect looking straight up the coastline.

Modernized and well-presented with ducted air conditioning, downlights, sound system and fantastic undercover front deck and entertaining area.

Bifold doors from the open-plan living area open out to the undercover entertaining area, enjoy a BBQ on the deck while watching the Whales go by.

Within walking distance to beaches, Narooma-to-Dalmeny cycleway, and boat ramps.

There is construction occurring next to the property and is due for completion July 2025.

  • Over 8 guests will incur a surcharge per guest for the duration of your stay. Guest numbers need to be confirmed with the
    office prior to your stay.
  • Two extra rooms are available for an additional charge per night - Sleeping up to 15 in total
  • Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.
  • Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

PLEASE NOTE: a neighboring property is currently undergoing construction. As a result, there may be temporary impacts to views, noise levels, and general surroundings during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional terms - Pet Friendly

Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.

Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.

Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)

Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

Warning: This property is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and the use of the property as such will not be tolerated. We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor bbq activity). Just had 12 fantastic days in Narooma (shhh don’t tell any Sydney people how good it is!). The house was great and the agents were super efficient and took care of every last detail like ensuring bins were empty at the start and end of the stay and of course it’s always nice to get your deposit back at the end when the place is left in good order! Can’t wait to go back

Great views, close to beach, unfortunately construction work (progress I guess) next door. Bbq was filthy, kitchen cooktop/ oven pans etc hard to use with 8 people

Location is superb. Views from the house were priceless. House was lovely, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable lounges and deck furniture were ideal. I would recommend changing the bed linen from old, dull covers to bright, fresh linen to match the house. These finer touches would make the house pop. Booked on bookings.com and it stated we had access to the whole house, only to discover there were 2 bedrooms locked and were upselling to acess. Very disappointing. BBQ was dirty on arrival.

Excellent place for our family get together. Only complaint would be the pillows. However we did find the customer service from Whale Real Estate was lacking. Also they inundated us with emails & text messages regarding putting bins out & vacating time. Such a pity as the place was lovely, views exceptional & location perfect.

Staff at Whale Coast Realty are absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Property location excellent. Main bedroom ensuite window blinds dirty/ mould. Ground floor bedding arrangements crammed. A clothes dryer would be useful
