- Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Additional terms - Pet Friendly
Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
Warning: This property is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and the use of the property as such will not be tolerated. We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor bbq activity). If Whale Coast Realty receive any noise complaints during your stay the booking may be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to leave the property,

Great family holiday in an epic place!
Gavin V - 3rd January 2025Just had 12 fantastic days in Narooma (shhh don’t tell any Sydney people how good it is!). The house was great and the agents were super efficient and took care of every last detail like ensuring bins were empty at the start and end of the stay and of course it’s always nice to get your deposit back at the end when the place is left in good order! Can’t wait to go back
