Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.
Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.
Parking is off street (not undercover) with room for 3 vehicles/boat.
Property also has surveillance camera on the property which faces out toward the water on the balcony.

Additional terms - Pet Friendly
- Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
- Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
- Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
- Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

Great house with spectacular views
Allira Dukic - 17th April 2023We loved our stay at 106 ocean parade! Very spacious house with plenty of room for adults and kids to enjoy. The spectacular and well equipped kitchen along with the BBQ kept all the chefs in our group very happy. The deck and the views are just stunning. Good location with Narooma and bodalla only a short drive away. We’ll be booking again for our next group getaway for sure!
A terrific place to stay
Guy Bylsma - 25th April 2022This house, with it’s 180 degree views and north facing sunshine had everything one needs for a coastal holidays. Extremely comfortable and well equipped . To watch pods of dolphins splashing while curling up with a holiday book was idyllic. Lovely strolls in either direction …….thank you
