- Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
- Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
- Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
- Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

Well appointed holiday house
Nicole E - 4th March 2024Spacious holiday house with everything you need. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery, cooking stuff etc. Nice to have a few essentials like tea, coffee, milk, shampoo & conditioner etc to start. Water views for miles. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and house with stunning views
Lisa - 12th July 2020A well set up and comfortable home. We found it to be very clean and had everything we needed. The views are stunning and a perfect holiday house for the family, the older kids loved the downstairs area. Love we could bring our two small dogs, the doggie door was a hit as were the thoughtful items they may have needed had we not brought our own.
