- Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply)
- Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to.
- Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
- Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)

Beautiful views, modern house
Taylor - 7th August 2018Needs a dryer - we stayed in winter and couldn't not dry our clothes. You needs to be careful as dogs can escape from backyard fence. However, it has beautiful views and we really enjoyed our stay.
Great views
Julie - 19th March 2018Beautiful views overlooking the bay. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom. This property now has everything that was needed except a can opener and a mop. If you have a boat you will have to park it out the front on the grass as the driveway is very steep. We will definitely stay there again.
